Steve Macchia- "The Church (and those who serve her) in 2020"
So, what’s up with the Church in 2020? Are we feeling good about where we are today? What challenges are we facing?

And, how is a pastor to stay grounded when the society around us is so turbulent (going to hell in a handbasket as some would say!)?

Two seemingly small questions for reflection! While there are no easy answers, you will find great encouragement at the start of this new year as we refocus on core realities about the Church and our leadership roles as Pastors. When we take the time to listen attentively, we notice more deeply and act more circumspectly.

In this upcoming Pastors Resource Call, Steve Macchia will guide us through the questions, offer his perspective, and invite your input. If we don’t care, then who will? Join us and let’s begin the new year well-grounded and deeply-trusting.”

After serving eleven years on the pastoral staff of Grace Chapel in Lexington, MA and an additional fourteen years as President of Vision New England, Steve Macchia founded Leadership Transformations in 2003. Since then he's served as President of LTI as well as Director of the Pierce Center for Disciple-Building at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he also serves on the teaching team in the Doctor of Ministry department. He also teaches a Doctor of Ministry course on “Spiritual Replenishment” as an adjunct faculty member at Phoenix Seminary. Steve is an ordained minister, conference speaker, ministry leader, retreat facilitator, ministry mentor/coach, and spiritual director.
